Calls for the month of: February
Fire Calls: We had 5 fire calls for the month of February.
we had a fire standby for a mutual aid structure fire, a motor vehicle accident, a fire alarm at the school, and a structure fire involving an outbuilding.

EMS Calls: We had 26 EMS calls. Five mutual aid calls to Owego, 8 mutual aid calls to Nichols, and 16 transports.

We had 28 total calls for February, and 66 calls year-to-date.

Did you know that every call in our district is covered by volunteers only? We are looking for new members to come be a part of our family, to train with us, work with us, and laugh with us. We have a monthly meeting and training with multiple fire and emergency medical service (EMS) state level trainings available at no cost to you.
About TCFD
The Tioga Center Fire Department was first organized in 1949, covering an area of approximately 60 square miles, and has proudly served and protected our community since. We are an all volunteer fire department in rural upstate New York, providing fire, EMS, and rescue services to our community as well as mutual aid services to departments as requested through our dispatch center located in Owego, NY.
